I'm a designer and creative director passionate about the intersection of strategy, research, and design—creating work that's beautiful, functional and emotionally resonant.
Since joining Instrument in 2012, I have been involved with a wide spectrum of clients and projects ranging from digital product and e-commerce design for Nike to brand and digital design systems for Sonos to digital marketing for Twitch and Google.
Digital Product
I’ve partnered with engineering and product management teams in agile sprint methodology, collaborating on sprint planning, as well as managing design ticketing and conducting backlog grooming. I’ve helped to reimagine digital products ranging from 3-5 year vision to MVP launch and incremental optimization.
I’ve worked as both an embedded part of our client’s product design and testing teams as well as leading our own rapid prototyping and beta test units.

Design Systems
I’ve built both completely new design systems from the ground up, and evolved or overhauled existing enterprise scale design systems. These systems often span multiple business units, product verticals and both internal and external user groups. As part of these engagements I’ve provided consultation on rollout approaches for both design and engineering teams and defined governance model strategies.
E-commerce
I’ve helped to build multiple complex e-commerce experiences that span both web and native app ecosystems simultaneously. I’ve defined UX and UI across the entirety of those experiences— from incoming funnel to checkout and customer relationship management—and I’ve partnered with internal and external engineering and product management teams to launch them.
